It can be difficult to work out how to get out of a place / mindset we shouldn’t be in - or to even realise that we are there. (Speaking from personal experience!)

I know that feeling when you realise a parent knows you better than you think. I’ve had that with my dad and it’s brought me to tears. I’m glad you found your flow. You’re such an inspiration to so many of us x
